Our Story

 

Hi! We are Stef and Carl, that queen you see over there is Wesker, and the little packing peanut is Inti, they are better known as the reasons for this shop. You see I (Stef) love to shop, I’m all about that new new, that pretty thing and well the pups they just look amazing in everything!

We started Traveled Collar because as Wesker grew we were left with a lot of dog gear that either no longer fit, or he didn’t use anymore. With all this gear we didn’t know what to do with it, we tried to donate it to our local shelter but not all rescues accept gear and the ones that did had an over flow problem. We tried to give it to friends but their dogs weren’t the right size or didn’t need them, and we tried to sell it but nobody around our area was interested.

And that’s when the idea for Traveled Collar came about, we decided to build a platform in which we can help sellers by taking in their inventory and facilitating cleaning, shipping, and displaying items. At the same time we want to focus on making good dog gear more accessible and affordable to all even if it isn’t new. Lastly we want to help the world by reducing waste, many times dog gear goes to landfills even while in good condition.
